Yes, I contact them probably twice a month.

Even called them last week. They say they are working hard to find a reverse merger candidate and they can't give me a timeline, because they have no idea as to when this will get completed. I'm not holding my breath. I personally think it is time to move forward with a Class Action Lawsuit.

I was wanting to avoid this, because then we won't get all of our money back. However, at this point, it doesn't seem like we are going to get any of it back without some legal action taken on our behalf.

Do you know any firm that may consider our case?
