I think the article makes a lot of good points that they still will allow the horizontal hydro frac if they do an environmental impact assessment. Those are common for mining operations so not to difficult for well staffed firms.
At the same time it is so confusing why any American would want to stand in the way of developing domestic energy considering the dependence on foreign oil.
