Not me... the examiner's report stated that...

but it also said that commons won't get anything... preferreds may get a "modest" return....

imo - 10 cents on the dollar is a lot for investors who never had to buy it at full price! in fact, getting it now is even a bigger bargain... would be a 9 bagger from here.
