At the October 22, 2010 status conference, the following deadlines were agreed to by the parties: Defendants will file a letter brief in support of a motion for summary judgment of indefiniteness no later than November 15, 2010; Defendants will serve Plaintiffs with a Proposed Amended Answer and Counterclaims no later than November 15, 2010; Plaintiffs will inform Defendants whether they intend to oppose the filing of Defendants' Proposed Amended Answer and Counterclaims no later than November 22, 2010. Should Plaintiffs oppose the filing of the proposed amended pleading, the parties will meet and confer regarding a schedule to brief the issue; Plaintiffs will file an opposition to Defendants' motion for summary judgment of indefiniteness no later than December 6, 2010; On January 12,2011 at 10 a.m., the Court will hear oral argument regarding the indefiniteness issues raised by Defendants' motion for summary judgment and proposed claim constructions.
