I'm not sour on HDY, just the share price near term ... and the chart causes me to restrain my enthusiasm...as well as lots of experience with this one from 1.50's to $4+ to .23 and back up.

Everyone's got their own needs and strategies. Perhaps my tactics seem odd, as I only trade in tax deferred accts and I'm not 50 years old yet...so no need to touch any of this money for many years. I'm looking for a few hundred baggers and willing to ride many others to zero in process if I can get into them low or "free" via simple swing trades. :~)

China represents some amazing opportunities for huge gains, with a somewhat different set of risks than for a stock like HDY. I'll keep adding more and more US listed china plays over time and then diversify into the next group of grossly undervalued sector.

Running gives us more energy than it takes. A strong debate can be made that we are perfectly "engineered" to run long distances...that's a fact, but a speculation can be presented that we are only here because our ancestors could run farther than a deer...and then eat it. Our ancestors were smart and fast enough to evade a jaguar, or we wouldn't be here...

To do what we're perfectly engineered to do is to be more human. Even for those with the mindset that they would never run unless being chased, I strongly recommend a best seller ... Born To Run. You can learn a lot and it's a great story too.
