I think its about ready to break out. The volume is good, bids are firm and rising. Seems to me those who were on the fence jumped off in the last 10 sessions. The buyers have been patient, deliberate. It won't take much to move it from here. If volume comes tomorrow we will get that break higher. If the buy volume comes from news or positive court updates, we'll get new highs in short order. I think we are passed the point where nervous longs downsized positions and we are at the point where new money is deciding when to come in. There are many more eyes on this situation than the 130 pairs from IHub. Early volume from just a handful can and will start a grab for shares from those who are watching with no positions before this week is out, IMO.
