These are questions I thought you already knew the answers to.

Do we figure earnings per share on the OS, even though they are restricted?

The EPS calculation uses the number of outstanding common shares.

Will IFXY simply grow into the OS or will it act as an overhang preventing PPS appreciation?

The share structure has been carefully built to encourage PPS appreciation. Review the rules about IFXYs restricted shares contained with BCs Intro Box. It is all about the float number right now and for the foreseeable future.

looking to understand how the PPS might move, both short and long-term, in the context of the rather small float as well as the rather large OS.

A small tight float means greater volatility. When the MMs need shares, they walk down the bid with small transactions. There were about 25 tiny trades at bid this morning, with order amounts from $7-$20. Other sells and buys at or below bid did not help either.

In hindsight, it looked to me like MMs were caught by surprise with this morning's buy volume and needed to drop the price quickly to trigger a few panic sells. And it worked! After plunging the price low enough they got some folks to cough up over a half-million shares.

No one can predict short-term PPS because no one knows when stuff like that is going to happen. Overall iHub reaction to a given PR is also impossible to know for sure. Many are impatient and give up looking for another quick run somewhere else. We need institutional-type buying to break these cycles.
