well I will say and I do not speak for others here, but I totally disagree with you. You are saying that a small company goes public only does it to scam. Sorry pal hundreds of good companies out there that have been beaten down by shorts to bankruptcy or failure, yes some deserve it but many have very solid fundamentals. If you believe what you are saying I suggest you go buy the big board stocks. By what you say they are all good. I am sure you can find some Enron type out there.

It appears you have a reason to question people here and you are not in cmkx and you belive penny stocks are bad. I don't and we both have our opinions. SO with that being said this conversation is over. You are a bit too obvious here.
