Controlling interest of AIKI is owned by Petrolium Oil Alliance Inc. Nic Vissokovsky is POA, which in turn means he is AIKI. Where the Declaration of Jeff Turino states that he and Nick have had no business dealings for quite a few years, and the attempts to show that AIKI's Nic is not the same as the one Turino worked with, the following shows clearly how the two remain in business together and confirms that the two "Nic's" are one and the same.

When reviewing the visso website you will see an artist rendering of First Colony Merchant Bank supposedly being constructed in Tampa, FL. This is a rendering of an office building in the Sechelles where Mr. V and Mr. Turino along with Mr. Edwards utilized the services of Philippe Boulle, by leasing/purchasing one of his shell companies in order to launder money offshore via BVI.

As I've previously posted here, First Colony Merchant Bank was used to launder moneys via a fraudulent mortgage to Mr. Turino's ex wife. This note was notarized by Mr. Boulle who is/was legal councel for AIKI.

So, this evidenced the continued partnership of Nic Vissokovsky and Jeff Turino. And, confirms that AIKI's Mr. V is one and the same currently indicted and wanted by authorities:
