There will be no need for medical dispensaries where it is legal, it will be legal and no prescription required, you will be able to purchase it outright. I know a lot of news has been posted saying that dispensaries want the yes vote, but, there's just as much news from legitimate sources reporting the opposition. I just don't see P-19 being beneficial for these medical marijuana dispensaries...How could it be? If you watched the video through, you would have seen the dispensaries are really divided on the "yes" vote. I had a long discussion on here last week when these stocks rallied on the "hype" and then fell and thus far, I have been right...just my opinion!
