imho, once he states the property is producing, and the company is uplisted, the other thing is about the poperty, he may be looking to sell it, then we are insued an even share, if the property goes for 20 million then there will be a 10+ cent per share dividend, that would trigger the mother of all short squeezes on the stock and we'd be looking at a buck per share
