Am I reading this right...So if we start pulling shares off the market and request them in certificate form then shorty will have to cover?

The company has requested a minimum of 500,000 buy back....so once brokers start receiving the requests for certs then shorting should stop???

So either 100 of us put in a request for 5000 shares in certs each or 50 of us put in a request for 10000 share in certs each...that would at least cover the base amount? Something to that effect anyway.

The secret to profitable investing is to buy into well-run companies at the beginning of their earnings growth cycle—before Wall Street takes notice and bids up the stock price.
