Test of the moving averages may happen soon?
My concern is that Rodman has warrants they can exercise all the way back to about $1.58. And, if Rodman is hoping to finance us again after the super success they've had thus far, they'll want the share price as low as possible before finalizing another deal.
I don't know what the details of the terms were for possible sales by the Watts...once the stock hit the min. number of days above $3...I'm not sure if they can then sell up to x% of their shares...even below $3?
Clearly there's distribution going on...I wonder how much more an for how long. The gap up is a natural target for any bear raids on HDY.
