Mike500-I was a believer of Petro hence my name and all I did was just watch the boards here. Never wrote until...the complaint...then all my suspicions the last few months were in black and white.

Last year with all the delays of certificates. 30 days then another 30 days then transfer agent he said quit, and it goes on and on..each week the same old song from him then Johnny with no clear picture of when we would go public.

One year since we heard we would get those certificates-but I gave him the benefit of the doubt-time and time again-week after week-month after month-

I read the message boards and didn't want to believe some of these people. THEY WERE RIGHT and soon you will realize WE ARE RIGHT.

Your trusted CEO is a big crook. He duped so many people and still is. I don't have to look far to see so many still are hanging on to this man's every word.

May I ask? What has he done for any of the shareholders? Has he kept any of his promises?

I hope you see the light like so many of us now have.
