MDF had a big runup on news that Humana was buying a competitor in Florida. Wasn't specific to MDF. I actually expected price to settle earlier. Still think medium term outlook is very positive and that MDF is undervalued.

Expect HMO to contribute to growth in revs in late 2005. Also expect enrollment of Medicare Advantage to steadily increase. Humana is projecting 15% increase companywide.

I doubt the increase for MDF will be that dramatic but even a 10% increase would create a big increase in net for MDF.

Just waiting for earnings at this point and holding. Bobwins
