It is complicated however I am a retired stockbroker so it is possible. I had a broker @ Raymond James Financial, I had to sign a letter of speculation and make RJF not responsible for my losses in any stocks. If you believe Jeff is telling the truth then you buy.
I am buying mostly because of technical factors mainly negative sentiment. And weekly charts look fantastic.
We reiterate our STRONG SHORT TERM BUY RATING!
