On 10/29 the technimed suit was ordered over to magistrate for settlement. It is going to be interesting to see what concessions ASFX must make if settlement is reached. Am sure we can look forward to a new S-1A as a result. Judging from the selling the past few trading days i wonder if someone deos not already know something. GLTA Dog, keeping watch
