You're close, it's .13 worth of assets Eric & Fred put into the company. Factoring in the 200 million shares they issued upon reverse merging into the TDGI, that's .058 worth of assets they put into the company. They're underwater by over 50%. Seems like they're not too worried about it. They seem to be taking steps to ensure that their beneficial holdings will be green soon enough. Guess if they were out to sell their restricted shares (LOL) they'd be taking at least a 50% haircut to do so.

I'm placing my bet on the same side of the table as them.
