Bids were due by Oct 27th, with an auction on Oct 29th. Nov 2 is the hearing for the approval of the sale.

I hope it does very well, assets are 170 million and liabilities are 178 million. I also didn't realize that they were the 3rd largest provider of institutional RX services in the US!!
