Okay, Spoke to Francis..in regards to share totals, outstanding , restricted, authorized and float. He did not have that numbers available with him as we were speaking but he will get them an get back to me.
They are planning to reduce the authorized shares.
The latest share structure filing in Nevada he is not sure when it was filed as it was filed by the company before EnergyOne bought the company.
Nevada has accepted an approved the 10K filing.
Monday or Tuesday they will be putting the quarterly (Q) together which is due mid month so they will be issuing it a couple of weeks early.
They have not yet filed with Nevada for a name an symbol change as they wanted to get the Quarterly filed first.
They want to get EnergyOne audited soon.
He once again assured me that they will be NO REVERSE SPLIT!
He told me that they will be issuing a PR next week after the Q is filed.
