I'd like to see BOD take action on this:

NDA's - What I would like reported by EDIG
on a quarterly basis is:

- total revenue received within the quarter
from NDA's.
- number of new NDA's signed up within the quarter
- total number of existing NDA's on EDIG books
at the close of the quarter.

In this way, EDIG can honor the NDA and we the investor can get a better feel of EDIG's future potential. In addition, I think these customer should pay a nominal fee on a quarterly to EDIG; to maintain these non-disclosure agreements.

And report same on SEC filings....
