I think filings will send PFOB. I got in LOCN before Thursday's close and then Friday it took off again. Why do I mention LOCN? Because it updated its filings with 11 separate entries on Thursday and it appears an r/m candidate is paying for the filings. I think the filing scenario will be similar here and the SS very similar including the float. The difference? I think we have more evidence regarding the r/m scenario here and a higher PPS out of the gate.
