Too bad the US Govt didn't tell that to ARIAD 10 years ago.

Could have saved shareholders about (or should I say, "at least") $20 million in monies for their attempts at 'shaking out' large pharma with their CEOs frivolous suits.

Worked out well for the boyz at the law firms though.
