I received a reply from an email I sent to David Shorey.. well so much for that...

Mr Shorey,

I see that the SEC has revoked our stock.. Does this mean we are dead at this point or is there still a filing and news to come?

The SEC has halted trading for a number of months untill we have our filings up to date. We are working on that
