I'm still own shares of BOCX. This is my only long term holding. I only invest short term in other stocks now. I made some decent money last week on PIP. I bought in at 1.98/share and sold at 4.10/share. In for only 3 days. Market too volatile for me to stay in long term. The share price dropped from $4.30/share to $3.50 Friday on a press release. They are in litigation with SIGA. Still keeping a close watch on this one for more pull back. SIGA made a good move a few weeks ago also.

If you don't mind me asking, what part of Florida did you move to. There was a lot of development in Panama City Beach about five years ago. Most of the old hotels/motels were demolished and replaced with high rise condos. Most are in foreclosure now and most of the construction is idle. At one time there were rumours of a Disney World there, international airport and new port for cruise liners and cargo ships. They are still working on the international airport. During the boom time a friend of my dad bought 2 condos, sold both and made enough on the sales to pay cash for another condo. He was one of the lucky ones. Most people didn't do as well. The prices of the condos increased by at least 100% in about a year. There was a buying frenzy for a couple of years then everything came to a screaching halt.
