Petro has no chance of trading. With the filing of the Securities Fraud case, what will most likely eventually happen is that a receiver will be appointed to track down and recover as many assets as possible. If enough assets are left at that point, investors will receive some of their money back - usually a few cents on the dollar. That is the best investors can hope for at this point.
