Revenues for the quarter are expected to exceed $1 million.

Recently, the Company announced that it had signed an exclusive agreement with Mr. Checkout Distributors, Inc. to deliver the Company's proprietary products including its revolutionary 8 Hour Energy Liquid Gel Caps, Creatine Liquid Gel Caps, and Natural Sleep Aid Liquid Gel Caps to convenience stores across the nation.
