They will expire if he doesn't pay for them in time. Some are set to expire next spring (I will have to research to find more information).
At this time, he has no money to pay for them. He isn't just allowed to sit on them forever.
90% of all small companies fail in the first 5 years. 90% of those that survive fail in the next 5 years. This is why we are so frustrated that he isn't showing progress. Time is not on our side here.
