Hello board ... I am pretty new to penny stocks .

I along with many of you here see the future potentials of cannabis and all its benefits .

I have averaged to around 30k @ .20 and will hold through the vote pass or not.

this is a LONG TERM play like none before .

Can someone PLEASE explain to me in detail the whole penny sector ; as far as MM's , and how they manipulate the market, what they exactly do to not let the price rise, how there are trades with blocks of 200 ?, what advantage do the MM's have in doing that? is it even legal ?
