Harr, Taking the "Timing" off is an extremely good decision IMO, and if you were around in this stock from 2006 thru 2009, you know exactly what I mean.
Under the former management, I can remember as clear as day, in early 2007 when I Caught the CEO in a Lie, and found out that he was the one responsible for the base we had of .06 being cut in half between Aug. 2006 and Jan. 2007, by taking advantage of the shareholders trust we had put in him, and Diluted the Float to the tune of what eventually amounted to approx. 16-18 Mil shares, when the Float at the time was only around 50-60 Mil, well 16-18 Mil did alot of damage, 50% loss in shareholder equity that the stock never recovered from, (until now under new management and corporate ownership). The Base went from .06 to .03 in 4-5 Months, and then right after that was when Cornell Capital started their Convertible Debenture tidal wave that never stopped and went all the way down to .0001/.0002 But I can Clearly remember being one of only a handful of people who were Publicly Warning everyone what was happening, on the Message boards, and all the heavily Invested Die-Hard Tom G Fans, called me every name in the book for 1-2 years. I remember all the postings on HSM, (Hotstockmarket), of all those guys talking it up about how rich they were all going to be, and the Porches and expensive cars they were going to buy, ect ect, All the while my heart was sinking inside saying to myself, "These guys just don't get it, They don't have a clue whats happening here", I Felt like the Guy on the Beach Screaming "TSUNAMI, TSUNAMI, GIANT TIDAL WAVE IS COMING", and the people on the Beach were Laughing at me, calling me names, and acting like everything was fine, ONLY TO GET DROWNED IN A SEA OF CONVERTIBLE DEBT.
Well as sad as it is to say, almost all of those guys are gone now, theres still a handful that held thru it all, and bought more at the Bottom, "Smartest thing you guys ever did", (You know who I'm talking to), I have received email and calls from a few guys from back then apologizing for the names and crap, and thanking me for at least trying to warn everyone what I knew was happening.
But back to the "Timing Issue", Thats one big mistake everyone was making back then, many Long-term shareholders were throwing around time periods, when the stock would be .25, .50, 1.00, all the while I kept saying that under the Former CEO's control, it was going to be exactly the opposite. I ended up being right. But all that "BEING WATER UNDER THE BRIDGE", The Here and Now, is a whole "NEW THING ALTOGETHER" EVERTHINGS CHANGED, EXCEPT THE COMPANY NAME AND AUTHORIZED SHARES, (which is Maxed out). And Personally, In My Opinion, This new Michelex we have, and New People Running the show, is a Complete 180 of what Michelex was, and I have A Real Belief that this stock is Definitely Going up, But I DO NOT AGREE With the "Timing People are Posting" on this. In fact, IMO, I think Even Doing that is Counterproductive, because when people start putting out posts like ".25-.30 in 5 weeks", and then when it doesn't happen, people who have this on their watch list begin to "Not Watch it much anymore", It becomes another Advertised Promoted Pump, that so many people are so sick of. I'm not putting any date/time on this at all, "YOU ARE EITHER HERE FOR THE LONG HAUL, OR YOU'RE NOT", and if you are, then what does the Timing Factor even matter for? WHO CARES! It happens when it happens, setting dates and times looks really bad when it doesn't turn out the way someone predicted. I think we should all just keep the Positive Things that this New Company is doing, and what the Possibilities can be for shareholders "FOR THE FUTURE" Without putting any Timelines on it. Nobody really knows for sure just how far this one can go anyways, or when for that matter. These Predictions of .25 "MIGHT BE WAY OFF? IT COULD GO MUCH HIGHER THAN THAT FOR ALL WE KNOW" These guys have some Middle Eastern Rich Oil Money Connections that they are not talking about. I'm going to be posting something about that this weekend.
