Agreed. i anticipated the 1st half to start off slow and expect new money to begin moving in after lunch. Yes the Prop 19 vote is definitely a catalyst and if it gets voting in, there is no doubt this will be a game changer but even worst case scenario SFIO & CBIS a a momo play..worst case leading into Nov 2nd. Looking for an interesting afternoon.
