star, you're opinion of this cert number missing stuff .. is what you want to hear .. the courts and the SEC and the TA all agree on the amount issued and out standing. As I and many other before have said - hire a lawyer and launch an investigation - send out a few subpoenas and find out yourself ..

every high volume pink/gray penny stock with low PPS and high O/S
