Hahaha, how funny; I called him also over a year ago and asked him that exact question, and he told me about the same answer; then I forgot about the whole issue of the potential of another reverse split, bought a few more sharea, and Boom, a few months later, there was the split..
'not at this time'.., could mean 'not today, but maybe tomorrow', 'not this week, but maybe next week' ?

Did you notice if he had to clear his throat when he gave you that answer ? Because that's what he does whenever he lies, or doesn't want to tell you the whole truth ...
