Sorry, but I do believe Chozan encourages people to deal ONSHORE, the legal way -- at least that is what I have gleaned

You realize the reason he is saying this is because his business relies on investors that have money/riches they need to hide in offshore accounts.



It may be unwise to state the above unless you are darned sure about it.
