Philip,

why dont't you put the authorized shares at say 50 million
post split and sign documents to leave it there for at least the next 2 years.

This would show integrity of character and a commitment to the shareholders who have lost so much.

Who will buy this stock seriously for the long haul without such
a commitment? Nobody i think and then the price falls again
and PV's net worth will also go down again..
