About the company name change: I saw the company name changed from Bayside to Inversioners, and verified with my broker Scottrade, the representative told me that he did not see the name change in the system, only name change in the quote page, and he thanked me to bring this issue to him, and told me that it was mistake.

Now the company name on scottrade has been changed back to Bayside.

By the way, why scottrade shows only 82 millions share outstanding?
