Will have a basket of 10 "Jan effect" stocks soon. Insitutional tax loss selling is over, ends Oct. 31. Many of these see a little bounce in early Nov, then retail tax loss selling hits them. This may be expecially true this year as underperformers will be dumped. Many of these look to double, IMO in the next 6 months regardless of what the market does. All will have high cash, low or no debt, earnings and growth potential. A few are absolutely undiscovered, some forgotten, others just getting beat up because they've failed to perform in the recent rally. Still working on list but it will be a gem.
