RCN for Philly also has digital now. This looks promising.


RCN now has digital channels set up for Chicago and Philly(previously NOT digital) this matches up with what the Q IR person has stated on the website. I believe "Imminent" to be just that - "very soon" - It looks like RCN is ready to add us on very soon.
