YOU ARE WRONG, of the 50 BILLION shares Authorised, 31 BILLION are still outstanding. These are the figures AFTER the RS is taken in to account. Molen blatantly diluted "to raise additional income" after the RS was done, before the RS the share count was in the millions, days after the RS the share count shot up into the billions.
