My point exactly. I think the risk is very high too. I can't justify holding at this level on hope and prayer. Maybe down at 4-5c but not up here. All it takes is one biggie to give it up and down it goes. I think there's a long time coming before any real news comes out and even then it could be bad news like no TM settlement, no end to state case.
