Never wrote the complaint as if SYNJ is doing anything wrong. Just TDAmeritrade and Merrill Lynch, with the dividend share problem. But if the share problem is SYNJ's fault then I don't mind SEC bringing the hammer down. These kind of problems should not be here when you are investing. Someone needs to be accountable.
