I personally believe that past actions are a good indicator of future intentions and everything they have said they would do they have done.

Having said that if you even looked at the float of 1,764,192,107 and said that was the new OS at .0006 you have a market cap of just over $1M.

This company already has revenues, announced acquisition and a pending JV, how can it not be worth 3-5X current PPS?
