read between the lines, right?

SANTA ANA, Calif., Sept. 15, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BioCentric Energy Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BEHL - News) President Monique Berry provided the following shareholder update:
Ms. Berry stated, "BioCentric Energy and BioCen (Pink Sheets:BNPD - News) are finalizing their negotiations this week for the acquisition of all BEHL assets. The assets include, but are not limited to, BEHL's intellectual property, all components, equipment, inventory, PBR systems and client contracts. "

So one's supposed to read between those lines to know that, according to the behl promoter/mystery investor who gets all the tough questions answered immediately:
----------------------------------------
Question: After this acquistion, does BEHL still have assets?
Answer: Yes, BEHL has all the hard assets like equipment, tools, heavy equipment, vehicles, everything needed to build PBR's.

Question: How about financial assets like cash, accounts receivable, stock, and others you had before the acquisition?
Answer: Those are BEHL assets, BNPD did not get those, BEHL still has those. BNPD has their own books and BEHL has their own books.

Question: What assets did BNPD get? The PR's are confusing on this as the PR says "All" assets.
Answer: It is confusing I agree, the PR should not said it like that. Basically what BNPD got was intellectual property, and some employees.
--------------------------------

i mean clearly from that PR above, if you read between the lines you would know the above answers!
