I predict dilution but a modest one. Say around 50m shares which is no biggy, the OS was 875m last quarter, a dilution of between 30m and 100m is healthy here in pennyland. There are no other convertibles that can be redeemed in the near future, all this was researched before we took a position. Actually, that should be one of the main DD's steps one takes when choosing one of these stocks for a trade.
