The release of the 123 stations being aired has been delayed due to longer than expected negotiations. Deals of this nature require many approvals and although Triangle Multi-Media assumed all important parites involved had agreed, Triagle Multi-Media has come to realize that due to the extensive carriage agreement, final discussions are still pending. This in no way indicates that the agreement has been dropped, it simply means more time is required.
