deeboe - to put it to you in a simple standing. picture berkshire hathaway, they have A and B shares, A shares are about 115k and B shares are about 82 bucks. The stocks move in conjunction with each other. Since you own CBIS, you will get, as a dividend payment, shares of this new class of shares that they will offer at a ratio of between 30 and 10 to 1. so if we go 10:1, your 1000 shares of CBIS is worth 100 shares of whatever their new class stock will be.
