Also, it looks like “The Kane Files’ will be in select theaters next month!

Benjamin Gourley, Director/Writer commented, “I’m excited about holding the World Premiere of The Kane Files at the 2010 San Diego Film Festival. The film looks fantastic and San Diego is the perfect place to premiere an action/thriller like The Kane Files. It’s going to be a really fun way to gear up and prepare for The American Film Market in November.”

Richard Surber, Nexia’s CEO noted, “I am excited that all Nexia shareholders get to be a part of Nexia’s first feature length independent film. The Kane Files was filmed exclusively in Utah with the support of the Utah Film Commission. Our team is working on both domestic and foreign distribution, which could yield substantial gains over the coming months.”

Nexia Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NXHD) is pleased to report that its subsidiary, Revel Entertainment, LLC, has completed the principle photography of its independent film “The Kane Files.” Ben Gourley, writer and director, indicated, “The principle photography is the most extensive phase of the process in completing a film. In other words, the largest phase of production and the most costly phase of the movie making process is complete.”

“The Kane Files” was written and directed by Ben Gourley. Mr. Gourley also wrote, produced, and starred in the feature film “Moving McAllister” and wrote, directed, and starred in the film “Repo.” “The Kane Files” centers on character Scott Kane (Drew Fuller), a former assassin forced to re-enter his criminal life in order to save his dying son and wife, played by Whitney Able.

“The Kane Files” has an impressive cast consisting of: Drew Fuller (“Army Wives,” “The Ultimate Gift”), Ethan Embry (“Eagle Eye,” “Brotherhood”), William Atherton (“Lost,” “Die Hard 1 & 2?), and William Devane (“Marathon Man,” “Payback,” “24?).

Ethan Embry plays a cop stuck between a rock and a hard place when he finds himself tracking Kane. The local mobster, played by William Atherton, provides no help to Kane and instead double crosses the hero. William Devane plays the role of an FBI agent, hot on the trail of lead character Kane.

“The Kane Files” anticipated release date will be in 2010.
