The way I look at it is if the capital raised from dilution pays for pinksheets upgrading and a nice acquisition, then it's worth it. I just hope the acquisition is something we can put a rough value on, or else it's just another waste of s/h dollars. Any acquisition news needs to include revenues and projections. Non revenue producing acquisitions all too often stink of 'one friend buying another friend's (worthless) property', rarely ever benefiting s/h.

I'd hate to find CLDR is just another lifestyle stock.

On another note, thanks to you and a few others who've posted much relevant info regarding both CLDR and it's sector. Don't let this short-term buzz-kill get ya too far down, and don't let all that work go to naught. It's easy sometimes for the less knowledgeable to forget the potentials here. You guys' reminders always help.
