I think Tmob is probably gambling on a better deal than the court system by looking at settlement now. I don't think they have a good defense and they would be better off to settle now rather than later. I don't know what the state case will do, I suspect we will know that next week. I believe it will move to the other district as requested and Williamson will be removed. Both of these issues certainly could put a bit of a delay in the case going to trial. I don't think it will be a large delay. If the Markman Hearing is in Calypso's favor or a settlement occurs before the 90 days is up, either of these items will give Calypso a pretty large pop in share price. I think most people are focusing on the Tmob case and settlement possibilities. I view both of them as important and the state case as the more important of the two. I have said this from the beginning. I believe Calypso will come out o.k. in the state court case based on all of the issues surrounding the Daic parties activities.
