Question for you guys.

Can Board of Directors fire Auditor? They do not need shareholders approval to appoint new auditor? So far I know auditor appointment has to be rectified/approved by shareholders in the annual general meeting(AGM). PCFG may have to call AGM. I am not sure of the rules/regulations
